Blue Yonder Settles Intellectual Property Lawsuit Against Kinaxis

Blue Yonder, the world leader in digital supply chain transformation, has entered into a settlement agreement with Kinaxis, Inc. and Kinaxis Corp., Inc. to fully resolve all pending litigation matters between the companies. Blue Yonder welcomes the settlement.

While the full terms of the agreement are confidential, as part of the settlement, Blue Yonder has agreed to dismiss its patent infringement claims against Kinaxis, and Kinaxis has agreed to dismiss its counterclaims of trade secret misappropriation. The settlement also dismisses Kinaxis’ appeal of two inter partes review (IPR) decisions in Blue Yonder’s favor that were pending before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
