At ICMI’s Contact Center Expo, held from October 22-24 at the Loews Royal Pacific Resort, Myers is hosting a “Lunch and Learn” session focused on educating attendees to understand how to effectively navigate the risks of deploying AI while transforming customer service. This session will begin at 12:45 p.m. ET on Wednesday, October 23. Cognigy is located at booth #513 for demos of its AI-driven solutions.
