DAS Technology, automotive’s leading consumer engagement SaaS technology company, with the industry’s first next-level Consumer Data & Experience Platform® (CDXP), has moved its Scottsdale-based headquarters to a new 11th-floor penthouse office in the tallest Scottsdale office building. The exclusive top-floor 16,292-square-foot office has a wraparound patio with 360-degree unobstructed views of the Valley, including the nearby Camelback Mountain and Old Town Scottsdale.

“Our new DAS Technology headquarters celebrate our team’s dedication to our growing client base and how we function as their air traffic controllers to monitor lead response and consumer engagement,” said Alexi Venneri, co-founder and CEO of DAS Technology. “I started the company from my Scottsdale kitchen table during the height of the recession in 2010. It’s very exciting to see how far we’ve come after building patented SaaS technology, completing nine successful M&A transactions, and reaching 170+ employees and contractors.”

The 11-story Camelback Tower, formerly the AmTrust Tower, was built in 1972 and renovated in 2018. It’s in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale and connected to Neiman Marcus in the Scottsdale Fashion Square mall, Arizona's largest and most profitable mall. The penthouse floor was once a residential condo with a rooftop swimming pool for Barry M. Goldwater III, the grandson of Barry Goldwater, who served as a U.S. senator in Arizona for 30 years starting in 1953. The building was also featured in the Simpsons episode “Kill Gil Volumes I and II,” where the animated family visits Scottsdale.

DAS celebrates the collaboration, creativity, and camaraderie the team enjoys daily. Previously, the team was spread across three separate offices across the street, but now there’s enough room to accommodate everyone, even when remote team members are in town.

DAS’ new HQ features plenty of collaboration and quiet places to work, including nooks, phone rooms, and conference rooms of varying sizes, named Double, Agent, Scout, Covert, and Basecamp, to reflect the DAS “covert ops” approach to how patented DAS technology works behind the scenes to help consumers engage with retailers online.

Every employee works from electric adjustable sit-stand desks and ergonomic Herman Miller chairs. The team is also encouraged to collaborate in open areas around the office or work in a new location, such as the Outpost patio. The space is also fully outfitted with the latest technology, including fiber optic internet, multi-camera video conferencing, music throughout the office, and even smart meeting room scheduling devices.

The office has a huge kitchen and bar with two kinds of cold brew coffee on tap, a flavored seltzer water station, a coffee barista machine, and stationary bike workstations. The DAS market has discounted snacks, drinks, and lunch items, and the company often brings fresh fruit and lunches for the team. The office also has an in-house studio called Bunker that is used for podcasts and webinars, as well as a chill room featuring a relaxing massage chair and the ability to dim the lights for a relaxing quiet room or use as a private lactation space. For fun breaks, DAS provides games, including ping pong and foosball tables, a golf arcade game, scooters, and bicycles to use. The company provides every employee with covered parking and a dedicated elevator to the office.

The new office is also perfect for hosting events, which the company has already done with several internal company meetings and parties. It’s the ideal event spot thanks to its large kitchen, communal living room, and expansive 360-degree view balcony, which covers over 6,000 square feet (about the area of a basketball court).

DAS Technology invites all media, partners, and clients to thank them for their support at our Open House event from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 19. The event is by invitation only; an invitation request can be sent to events@dastechnology.com.

“We wouldn’t be here without our clients, product/OEM partners, many media members, and friends within the local community and vertical markets we serve,” Venneri said. “We look forward to hosting many of them at a fantastic kickoff to officially open our new space.”

The new HQ was named among one of the coolest offices in Arizona for 2024 by AZ Big Media and featured in the Phoenix Business Journal. DAS Technology’s new address is 6900 E. Camelback Road, Suite 1100, Scottsdale, AZ 85251. Noah Barrasso, a partner with Keyser, served as DAS’ broker.
