Mr. Mylett joins from Schneider Electric, where he served as Senior Vice President of Digital Buildings and is a current Smart Care board member. Mr. Mylett succeeds Henry Lees-Buckley, who resigned for personal reasons from the CEO role. Mr. Lees-Buckley served as CEO of Smart Care and predecessor companies since 2021, leading the organization through its first phase of growth and multiple acquisitions. We thank Henry for his leadership and the foundation he built during his tenure.
