In a special surprise for technology and car enthusiasts alike, Sonatus will unveil its new SDV demonstration vehicle: a classic 1970 Ford Bronco, restored and converted to an electric vehicle and outfitted with Sonatus’ SDV technology. This unique demo vehicle will showcase personalization using Sonatus Automator AI, demonstrating how driver preferences and real-time road conditions dynamically shape the driving experience. Automator AI’s functional safety module, Automator Safety Interlock, is certified by UL Solutions to ISO26262, achieving ASIL-D capability, further expanding the wide range of use cases for Automator AI.

Today marks over 3 million passenger vehicles that now incorporate Sonatus technology. To build on this milestone, Sonatus will demonstrate Sonatus Collector AI running on a construction vehicle as an example of how Sonatus products and solutions can unlock compelling new after-sales services for OEMs and fleet service providers in trucking, construction, mining, and other commercial vehicle segments.

LIVE DEMOS

  • Generative AI Demos
    • Sonatus AI Technician Builder: This no-code platform based on Generative AI empowers OEMs to deliver custom AI Technicians that make vehicle ownership a stress-free experience. By capturing real-time data directly from each owner’s vehicle through Sonatus Collector AI and fusing it with proprietary knowledge bases, the Builder provides precise recommendations that guide owners, streamline repairs for technicians, and enable engineers to address fleet-wide issues proactively.
    • Sonatus Collector AI: An upgraded version of our industry-leading data collection solution leverages Generative AI to add a natural language interface for building sophisticated data collection and in-vehicle automation policies, dramatically lowering the barrier for multiple OEM groups to use these powerful tools for data-driven insights and adding new vehicle capabilities. Sonatus developed this GenAI capability in collaboration with cloud leader AWS and recently achieved AWS Automotive Competency certification.
  • Sonatus Updater: The requirements of OTA updates for SDVs are outpacing the capabilities of existing OTA solutions. Sonatus will demonstrate Sonatus Updater in action, along with partner Elektrobit, to show how this modern product addresses the needs of OTA for the SDV era.
  • Sonatus Automator AI and 1970 Ford Bronco EV Demonstration Vehicle: Sonatus will show two demonstrations of Automator AI running on its new demo vehicle, a classic car outfitted with modern electronics and Sonatus SDV technology.
    • Vehicle Personalization: A vehicle that automatically adapts to the driver’s driving and comfort preferences can deliver significant customer delight and brand loyalty. Sonatus will showcase how Automator AI customizes the vehicle experience with personalized options that can be instantly configured and deployed, either as built-in capabilities or as on-demand, monetizable upgrades. One demonstration with partner Smart Eye AB shows how cabin monitoring events can be valuable triggers for Automator AI actions.
    • Drive-time Customization: Following the achievement of ISO26262 ASIL-D certification for the Automator AI’s functional safety module, Sonatus will demonstrate how Automator AI can also take personalization to the next level by dynamically adapting vehicle settings based on road conditions and users’ preferred drive modes.
  • Sonatus Foundation: SDVs must be designed as platforms for mobility innovation, requiring a flexible software foundation. Sonatus Foundation, a suite of essential infrastructure technologies, will be showcased to demonstrate how OEMs can add dynamic reconfigurability to vehicle E/E architectures. Highlights include the Zonal Network Manager, with partner NXP, Network Shared Storage, and SOA Services, demonstrating how flexible network, compute, and data capabilities can transform SDVs into adaptable software platforms.
  • Commercial Vehicle Solutions: See how Sonatus technology enhances commercial vehicles with Sonatus Collector AI, enabling OEMs and fleet managers to access new data-driven services, including efficiency tracking, predictive maintenance, and advanced utilization tracking. A construction vehicle demo will illustrate these expanded capabilities in real-world applications.
