TruePoint Solutions Announces Merger with Gray Quarter

TruePoint Solutions, LLC (“TruePoint”), a Seaside Equity Partners, LLC ("Seaside Equity") portfolio company, is pleased to announce its merger with Gray Quarter, Inc. (“Gray Quarter” or the “Company”), a leading provider of professional services and software solutions for state and local government clients across the United States.

Gray Quarter provides software implementation, support, and managed application services to state and local government clients for land management, permitting and licensing, and asset management software platforms. Gray Quarter also provides a suite of proprietary software solutions that integrate with and build upon the third-party software platforms for which it provides its set of professional services. The combination of TruePoint and Gray Quarter provides increased scale and capabilities, and will allow the combined company to continue to deliver best-in-class service to its customers.
