Vecima Networks Inc. (“Vecima”) (TSX: VCM) reported today that due to the recent and ongoing strike by the Canadian Union of Postal Workers which commenced on November 15, 2024, the delivery of the annual or interim financial statements and annual or interim management’s discussion and analysis, as applicable, (the “Materials”) may be delayed. Given the disruption in postal service, the British Columbia Securities Commission has provided exemptive relief to reporting issuers such as Vecima who rely on regular postal service to meet their delivery obligations in respect of the Materials. Shareholders who request the Materials will be sent the Materials, within 10 days of the resumption of postal services.

The Materials are posted on SEDAR+ at www.sedarplus.ca and all shareholders can retrieve the Materials under Vecima’s profile. Shareholders can also contact Vecima, at invest@vecima.com to otherwise request a copy of the Materials.
