Veradigm® (OTCMKTS: MDRX), a leading provider of healthcare data and technology solutions, today announced an enhanced strategic collaboration with Insiteflow, an electronic health record (EHR) decision workflow platform. This effort expands Veradigm Payer Insights (VPI) beyond the Veradigm EHR footprint into additional EHRs technologies. Together, Veradigm and Insiteflow are placing actionable insights on behalf of Payers at the point of care across multiple EHR platforms —including Veradigm EHR and Practice Fusion. VPI is now offered to additional EHR platforms, including Epic, to support further payer-provider collaboration designed to enhance patient care.

Since 2022, Veradigm has collaborated with Insiteflow to co-develop the VPI application. This work utilizes the Veradigm Network to deliver actions, gap alerts, and recommendations to providers on behalf of Payers in real time. By identifying and integrating insights such as care gaps and patient conditions, VPI empowers clinicians with timely data they can use to improve care coordination and clinical outcomes.

"Our work with Insiteflow represents an evolution in how we support healthcare providers," said Jay Bhattacharyya, SVP and General Manager of Veradigm Payer. "By extending Veradigm Payer Insights to providers beyond our existing footprint, we are making it easier for payers to share information to close care gaps while empowering physicians to deliver high-quality care to their patients."

The integration enables Veradigm’s data-driven insights to flow seamlessly within the provider workflow. This collaboration marks a significant milestone in Veradigm’s commitment to advancing value-based care, supporting providers to address care gaps and improve patient outcomes efficiently.

"Collaborating with Veradigm aligns with our mission to reduce provider burden and enhance decision-making within EHR workflows," said Anthony Gerardi, CEO of Insiteflow. "Together, we can leverage the Veradigm Network to empower healthcare providers with the data-driven insights they need, driving better outcomes and improving patient care efficiency at scale.”
